ETL (Extract-Tranform-Load)
Databases are used everywhere and each application has its own database management system. Unfortunately, all these applications have different formats. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, dbase, CSV and Excel are amongst the best known data management systems.

TouchMind’s CRM is one of those applications. The system was developed in a php format and is integrated in a MySQL base. It provides an online interface that is available at all times and accessible from different workstations worldwide.
ETL was exclusively developed for TouchMind in a php format with a MySQL database. The ETL was then integrated in TouchMind’s main tool: the CRM. It now allows to import and export data from the CRM system to many other applications such as ERP’s. The new application incorporates a duplicates management system that avoids the storage of redundant data and offers the possibility to reformat certain data before importing it.
