Company History : TouchMind was founded in December 2002 by EPFL Engineer - Martin Demierre under the name of ‘Smad Sàrl’. The company started out as a software company and towards the end of 2003, Martin Demierre developed the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ‘ClientFidelity’. The new CRM platform was submitted to the EPFL computer science engineers for an assessment of the project’s feasibility. Once the system had been approved, Martin Demierre decided to launch his new product ‘ClientFidelity’. In 2006 Smad Sàrl changed its name to TouchMind S.A., currently one of Switzerland’s pioneers in Customer Relation Management (CRM), Website Solutions and Online Marketing. Today, the company’s aim is to help website owners reach and identify potential customers, amplify their current client base and enhance customer loyalty.
